ABOUT THE VILLAS OF OYSTER POND
The Villas of Oyster Pond community is made up of four subdivisions - Dawn Beach Club Association, Oyster Pond Estates Foundation, the Vistas and the Plateau Estates - and covers 153 residential lots spread over more than 100 acres. It includes 139 property owners with 114 homes. 80% of the owners are non-residents.
The Dawn Beach Club Association and the Oyster Pond Estates Foundation maintain and care for the general good of the entire neighborhood through member volunteers made up of owners in good standing.
This website is intended to enhance and inform visitors to and members of the Villas of Oyster Pond community, St Maarten. The Villas of Oyster Pond are managed by two primary homeowners associations, the Dawn Beach Club Association (DBCA) and the Oyster Pond Estates Foundation (OPEF). The DBCA also encompasses two additional subdivisions, the Vistas and the Plateau Estates. Please take a minute and familiarize yourself with the association documents
